Returns & Refunds policy

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

  • We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

You have usually 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items)

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Health and personal care items (if opened)

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@piyushmart.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@piyushmart.com.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
